MIRACLES!!!

Hey everyone!! 

Just wanted to pop in and share the POWER OF PRAYER!!! CHRISTINA WAS BAPTIZED THIS WEEK!!! 

She was the one I mentioned last week who said she didn't want to be baptized. we had felt like we lost and it was pretty devastating. Then she came to us on monday and said "I've been reading the bible trying to prove that this church is wrong. but every. single. verse i've read has shown me that this is the true church of Jesus Christ. I want to be baptized". we were IN AWE. Literally God works. He knew all along that this would be the outcome of Christina's journey- and man did we learn so much as we did all we could for her. She bore testimony of the need for promises with God. She said "I've been swerving lanes, unable to make a decision. every time I would see a pebble in this lane i would freak out and swerve into the other lane. But now i'm picking a lane and it's the most beautiful lane i've ever been on". 

It was truly beautiful. I love Christina!! She is ALL IN for the Savior. I want to be more like her. I've learned so much throughout her journey about the fact that this is the Savior's work. 

These two verses in Mosiah 4 in the Book of Mormon describe how I feel: 

" 9) Believe in ^aGod; believe that he is, and that he ^bcreated all things, both in heaven and in earth; believe that he has all ^cwisdom, and all power, both in heaven and in earth; believe that man doth not ^dcomprehend all the things which the Lord can comprehend.

11) And again I say unto you as I have said before, that as ye have come to the knowledge of the glory of God, or if ye have known of his goodness and have ^atasted of his love, and have received a ^bremission of your sins, which causeth such exceedingly great joy in your souls, even so I would that ye should remember, and always retain in remembrance, the greatness of God, and your own ^cnothingness, and his ^dgoodness and long-suffering towards you, unworthy creatures, and humble yourselves even in the depths of ^ehumility, ^fcalling on the name of the Lord daily, and standing ^gsteadfastly in the faith of that which is to come, which was spoken by the mouth of the angel."

i know that what these scriptures say is true!! God has all power. All the storms of life can be made right becaus of our Savior Jesus Christ. it truly is all about Him. I am so grateful for Him. 

If you're going through something hard, don't be afraid to just think of His name and I promise it will make a difference, He's got you!! He works amazing miracles and knows the outcome of our lives!!
