"Nevertheless I Went Forth"

Wowowow. You guys. God is amazing. I've felt such a special spirit this week already as our mission president has encouraged us to prepare to receive Elder and sister Bennett again. He's invited us to repent, listen to the voice of the spirit, and increase our hope. I know God is so aware of me. He's teaching me so much that i am so grateful for.
I love the story of Nephi in the book of Mormon. He's going forth to get the plates from Laban on a command from Heavenly Father.

He says,

"And I was led by the Spirit, not knowing beforehand the things which I should do.
    Nevertheless I went forth,"

And when He went forth, the Lord provided the way.
I feel like that's something I've learned on my mission, the Lord wants us to move forward in faith and trust that He'll work things out. Every day. I've experienced that big time as I've been here in Michigan. And EVERY TIME the Lord is there. And we don't have to be a missionary to experience Him there.

We found the sweetest family from the Congo this week! Gilbert, Richard, Deborah, Lidia, and more that we haven't met yet. They're so prepared for the Gospel. Thank goodness for my friend Carson whos on her mission in idaho- she's going to help us translate. I'm so excited! They're a miracle.

I love you all. God knows you. Take the time to listen and you will come to know Him ♡
