HAPPY THANKSGIVING!

Hola amigos!

It's been a great week! So much has happened.

An update on Tracy... she no longer has a date to be baptized but she's still preparing for baptism! She is one of the coolest people I know. She's been through a ton but has the strongest desire to follow Christ. She's always like "I know God loves me". Wouldn't the world be a better place if we all reminded ourselves of that?

If you need that reminder- here ya go.

GOD LOVES YOU:)

At zone conference last week President Heap promised our zone that we'd see miracles and wouldn't have enough room to retain them. Boy have we seen that! The Lord is good to us.
We invited our friend Mckenzie to be baptized this week! She's incredible and is so genuine and pure. I can't wait for her to feel the peace that comes with receiving the Holy Ghost!!

We have a new friend named Esther. Shes 15 and has so much confidence in Christ. It's beautiful! We had a very powerful lesson with her about the Atonement of Jesus Christ. We were all in tears as we talked about how Christ has covered all and that there's a wat to repent and be better.

I'm so grateful that we can repent. This transfer our mission has been focused on the Gospel of Jesus Christ. It changes lives! Our zone is focusing on studying repentance and seeing miracles from it this next week. I've felt so grateful to know that I can be better because of Christ.
These are some scriptures about Him that have stuck out to me recently:

"And he shall go forth, suffering pains and afflictions and temptations of every kind; and this that the word might be fulfilled which saith he will take upon him the pains and the sicknesses of his people.
12 And he will take upon him death, that he may loose the bands of death which bind his people; and he will take upon him their infirmities, that his bowels may be filled with mercy, according to the flesh, that he may know according to the flesh how to succor his people according to their infirmities.
13 Now the Spirit knoweth all things; nevertheless the Son of God suffereth according to the flesh that he might take upon him the sins of his people, that he might blot out their transgressions according to the power of his deliverance; and now behold, this is the testimony which is in me.
14 Now I say unto you that ye must repent, and be born again; for the Spirit saith if ye are not born again ye cannot inherit the kingdom of heaven; therefore come and be baptized unto repentance, that ye may be washed from your sins, that ye may have faith on the Lamb of God, who taketh away the sins of the world, who is mighty to save and to cleanse from all unrighteousness.
15 Yea, I say unto you come and fear not, and lay aside every sin, which easily doth beset you, which doth bind you down to destruction, yea, come and go forth, and show unto your God that ye are willing to repent of your sins and enter into a covenant with him to keep his commandments, and witness it unto him this day by going into the waters of baptism." Alma 7:11-15

We don't have to fear- because of Christ!

Also- happy Thanksgiving!! I'm so so grateful for my mission and everything I've learned here in Michigan. I don't know who I'd be without it.
